I'm sorry but I can't find the answer. I thought I read about a new policy about loading busses, but I can't find it. I thought perhaps there was a stickey at the top, but if there is I've missed it. Do they load the WC's first? I realize we need to wait in line up to a point, but not sure what happens after we reach the cut off line.

The wheelchair loading policy did not change. We will load a wheelchair first if it is already at the bus stop. This is a safety issue. If you pull up while loading, you may be asked to wait for the next bus if there are guests in line in front of you.

As long as I can make room to secure the wheelchair and load you safely, I'll load you if I can accommodate all the guests that were waiting in line before you arrived and can get you on without the possibility of injuring guests already on the bus.

I'm not trying to exclude anyone, I just want to make sure everyone is safe.

Unfortunately, one of the problems is that it is difficult to be seen if you are in line so that you CAN be loaded first. It is also difficult to get OUT of line to be loaded. How is WDW handling that issue? Not wanting to start problems--just asking--as I'll be solo in January and will have to advocate for myself!:)
