LLPP + LLMP - Party of 8, One Group Onsite One Off

Two families (8 people total). If the smaller family of 3 stays onsite and we all link our tickets, can we buy LLPP + LLMP for all at the resort guest window or only those actually staying onsite?

You'll only be able to buy for the onsite guests at 7 days out.

Yea, 7-day access will be based on the names on the on-site reservation.

Not sure how you would think this was possible. How would off site guests be eligible for the same benefit as on site guests?
