If I were to visit AK in the early afternoon and then HS in the evening. Could I book all 3 LLs for HS?

I know I could choose HS once I checked into the first ride at AK but I don’t think we are going to get to AK until noon so there will be nothing decent left at HS. I’m just wondering if we could book all 3 for HS in the eve but spend the early afternoon at AK

Ps this is for August and we have park hopper tickets

Thanks

Yes that is not an issue, you can book your 3 LLMP for HS at any time of the day. We don't even bother with LLMP at AK.

Dave
If you buy the LLMP for AK, I thought you had to book at least one attraction there and use the LLMP there before you can book at another park. That is to prevent you from buying the cheapest LLMP (usually DAK) and using it for a park where it is a higher price.

I believe if you buy the LLMP for DAK, you have to use it there first. It's to prevent people from buying the cheapest LLMP and using it at the more expensive LLMP parks without using it at the park it was originally purchased for. I may be wrong, I have not yet used this new version of LL.

Right, you don't buy it for AK at all, you just buy it for HS and book all three rides for the evening. Then go to AK during the day and then to HS in the evening. I have done this myself and it works great

Yes, I get that. I would absolutely do that! I think some people are trying to buy the cheapest LLMP (not necessarily the OP) and try to get around the system, intentionally or not.

They could try to book the earliest thing at AK and then switch all their 3 reservations after they scan into the first one to HS, but some of the most important rides like slinky dog dash will be either out of times or have very few options left. Not worth the hassle for a few dollars savings

I agree 100% with you again! 🤣

First LLMP must be used at the park it is purchased for before it opens up to book at a different park.

They cannot 'switch' all their 3 reservations to HS until they use their first AK LLMP, even if they have physically tapped into the park but not their first LLMP reservation.

If all they do is 'move' all of their LLMP to DHS without first using one in AK, they will be charged the increased price of the DHS LLMP.

Yes, that is what I said/mean... "after they scan into their first one"

Meaning scan into their first LL not just scan into the park. That is why they would book the earliest AK LL available, otherwise it wouldn't matter what time they book their AK reservations if they could just switch after entering the park.

Thanks. This is what I was thinking. Pay the HS price for LLMP, schedule them for the evening but possibly stop into AK in the afternoon and maybe do a couple things as stand-by, thanks for confirming it works. I probably should have included that I realize I am paying the HS price. Not looking to try and scam Disney out of 20 bucks 😆

Yeah it worked great for us, we rode a bunch of standby stuff at AK, had bought a LL single pass for Flight of Passage, then hopped over to Hollywood studios and had LLs for Slinky, Toy Story Mania, and Tower of Terror at night. Good luck and have fun!
