LL meet-up with non-LL group

If I purchase LL for a ride that has a long stand-by line that I don't want to wait in, can I somehow meet up at the boarding area with a group of 7 that does not have LL?

You'd have to time it perfectly so that you arrive to loading, or to the merge point, in the LL queue just when the others arrive from the standby queue. Of course there is no way to know with that precision how long each wait will be. Plus, even if you did manage to arrive exactly at the same time, it's probably unlikely that you would be seated together, since often the LL people and the standby people are loaded into different vehicles (though on some rides there is a merge and then everyone is loaded together).

Possibly whichever party arrives at the merge first could step aside to wait for the other. This is how Attraction Queue Re-entry is supposed to work. But to avoid much wait you'd both need to be in contact and time it well.

Haunted Mansion I believe everyone gets merged in the preshow rooms. (I've never used LL at HM)
