Liza Minelli on HSN--TRAIN WRECK!!!

OMG, it is just tooooooo painful to watch!!! She sounds as if she is strung out, has no idea what is going on with the clothing line, and she is asking the models to do the oddest things. It is a train wreck, I feel so bad for the host working with her. And she is so sloutched down into the chair, it is almost as if she is trying lay down.

I saw Liza on the Kathy Griffin show the other day and I thought she was so cool. She was giving Kathy an acting lesson and she seemed really together.

Maybe it's a medication issue and sometimes she's with it and sometimes she's not.

I don't know if it's drugs or her personality, but she has always just been annoying in any interview I've ever seen her in. She is jittery and goes off topic, looks very distracted and doesn't seem to be able to stay on task. Hey, maybe she has ADHD? I do like the commercial for the candy bars where she is the diva in the front seat, but I've noticed lately they don't show that part of the commercial anymore.

OMG - it really starts to go into the twilight zone at about the four minute mark. That yacky host becomes almost as bad as Liza at that point!!

I do like the commercial for the candy bars where she is the diva in the front seat, but I've noticed lately they don't show that part of the commercial anymore.

I think the host is just trying to salvage the show! How long can anyone keep a running commentary with someone exhibiting that behavior?

I didn't think it was that bad - I mean, it was HSN not a movie or something.

I was able to watch about 45 seconds of that mess before I was forced to change the channel.

just watched the link posted on youtube for the highlights from Liza I stopped watching after she tried to get the model do some weird thing with flinging the scarf or jacket (it's on the video posted) and after that it was way to much to view any longer I wonder who had the bright idea to have her on and have a Liza line of clothing and the idiots calling her up and telling her wonderful and beautiful and yada, yada, yada

I saw her recently on the Joy Behar show and I thought she seemed kind of out of it. I just watched the YouTube video someone just posted and that was pretty horrible. It's very sad.

I saw her perform live about thirty years ago (front row seats) and she was fantastic. Looks like drugs, booze, medication (or all) finally caught up. So many talented people have gone to waste over the years.

I think she had a stroke or a bad problem with her brain a few years back; she almost died and had to relearn speaking.
