Well, she apparently has $2.3M in NIL deals, so the one thing I can say, as an LSU alum, is that if she wants to monetize fame this way, she should be personally paying for the traveling security that the team now has to have for meets. (Lord knows the University has better uses for their rapidly dwindling funding.)
I'm fairly sure that she is probably prohibited from appearing in her team apparel in photos such as the one above, though looking around, I've seen a couple of shots that probably push that limit, including a series where she is draped over a chair in rather provocative poses while wearing a team leo, with an unmade bed as the backdrop. The tableau is pretty obviously calculated to fuel fantasies. (And given that most of her fans are apparently under-age, is also little bit squicky, IMO.)
PS: I agree that the fan behavior is the primary problem, and that parents need to step up to teach these kids that acting this way is unacceptable, but it's much easier in real terms to address the attraction that is causing it, especially since it is one individual's actions, than to try to change the behavior of hundreds of fans. Hopefully her fans will honor her request to stop disrupting meets, but given their average ages, I'm not so sure how effective that will be. However, NCAA gymnastics also has a role to play; they need to police their events and eject people who are causing disturbances that potentially put athletes at risk. It needs to be made crystal clear that rowdy, threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
