Yesterday we went to AK and did the Safari, I did not see as many animals such as giraffes or zebras and they said it was because they moved a lot of animals to AKL. I thought as much! Also did lunch at RFC and had Coconut shrimp and Asian Beef and ! Very good service and it was great! For 3 people it was $67 with tip. Also had free app and 2 speciality coffees and 1 coke.
Back to CSR and swim all afternoon. Boy was it HOT! Got dressed up for diner at Jiko's. Arrived at 6PM had 8PM PS but took our time to look around. They showed us the Concirege level and a deluxe room and Don from Concierge told me to telll Janet2K Hello!!! He is the nicest man! We spent an hour just looking around and talking to him. Also saw grumpy&bashful in teh Concierge lounge. Walked around Boma's and then went to get seated at 7:30Pm at Jiko's. They took us early. We LOVE Jiko's. We had Chad as our server and he was so nice!!!!
We had a glass of African Cardonnay and then we had Duck Firecrackers and we all had fish. Monkfish in a wonderful sauce and I had Salmon over purple rice with cavier and our DS had Sea Bass in a banana leaf that was steamed! Also had the Cardoments! I did not like them at all but my DH and DS LOVED them! Awesome place and the bill came to $89 with tip $109. Very reasonable for all that. Less than Narcoossee's and we did not have wine at Narcoossee's or dessert! We wll make this a must return!!!
Back to room by 10PM and I was tired so I crashed! Of course DS was wide awake so off to arcade for him!
Tomorrow we are going to BB in the morning and then DD for me to shop while the boys go to DQ. Dinner is at Cape MAy Cafe'.
We are doing a breakfast Buffet at the Maya Grill. $11.95 for each and the fruit alone is worth it to me!!!!
