Can anyone post the info for the steam train tour that is offered at WLV? I only see the train tour posted for Magic Kingdom. My husband would absolutely love any of these steam train tours. I am especially interested in the one held at the lodge. Thanks!

I fear I may start to become a VWL groupie!! I haven't been there yet, but all the pics, and now the tours really have me excited! I need lots of pixie dust that I can ressie a studio at 7 mos. (I can't call MS until Oct. 31st) Thanks everyone for your help and info!

Just cause you don't own here, doesn't mean you can't be a groupie. Good luck on your 7 mth ressie. Here is some moose dust to make sure.

Hi Joe. Great fun reading a live TR. Great pictures and your little girl is the cutest. I'll bet she is having the time of her little life! Great pictures. And I see you took on of that scary little girl at the Mercantile window. She cracks me up! I saw the same on at CR. They are multiplying!!

Day 4 – Epcot Day
Well was disappointed with the lodge tour Ranger Don was my guide. He was very soft spoken and hard to hear over the lodge noise. Oh well I guess no one can replace Ranger Stan I wish I could have taken the tour with him. Don’s tour had a political slant to it. I take from his comments he is not happy with the bail out or his congressman.
We had lunch at San Angel Inn after we rode the boat ride with the three amigos.
I could have skipped lunch but DW like the place. Oh well.
We did not do much of the W&FF yet. After nap we went back to Epcot.
We met up with some friends for dinner at Garden Grill.
On tap for tomorrow heading to church then back to AK and Anniversary dinner at Garden Grill.

Day 5 – Sunday, Sunday.
Mass in the morning then headed over to AK to see festival of the Lion King a great show.
After nap the adults went to dinner to celebrate our 17th Anniversary. Was a wonderful dinner with fireworks to end the night and what a view from California Grill.
We have on tap for tomorrow MK.

Day 6 – At the Magic Kingdom.
We started the day with Lilo and Stich at the Polynesian it was ok but don’t think I will be back again.
Had a great day at MK but the crowds were heavy today and had to do Fast Pass for Splash Mountain and Big Thunder.
Then here came the rain with a vengeance. Lucky we where back at the lodge for nap it poured.
We ended the day with Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Again it was ok and don’t think I will be going back.
On tap for tomorrow is Market Place and MNSSHP.

Day 7 – Spend, Spend
Well we started the day with spending time and money at the marketplace.
I got to do the meeting with a train conductor at the CP room today was interesting recorded it may put on podcast if it came out ok.
We are now getting ready to head to MK for MNSSHP I hope the weather holds but forecast is rain.
Oh well.

I don't own there...............................yet! But absolutely love The Lodge! We will own points there at some point. It is our favorite resort!

Hi Laxmom! Did you eat at any of the table service restaraunts at VWL or nearby? Trying to plan for the ddp should I get the 7 mos. ressie....send me pixie dust!

Great photos of the lodge. Makes me want to stay there (I have not had a chance yet) It reminds me of my favorite Disney Resort the Grand Californian.
