You picked a GREAT week to get away from Ohio...the weather is gonna be HORRIBLE.

What building are you in? We just left on Friday and had a great time, although I thought the couch (in the two-bedroom suite) was horrendous.

Another thing to watch out for (this happened twice in one day, one time was to ME!): The palm fronds are falling from the palm trees by the golf course. One poor woman got gashes in her head; in my case, it just hit my head and scared me more than anything. They need to trim them! Hopefully after two accidents, they have done that already.

A little chilly here this morning, but I'm sure it's not as bad as OH!

I haven't downloaded the pictures yet, but when I do I'll post some.

Having a 2br doesn't give me much of a view, but I prefer the extra room for the boys and my sanity.

hi Starr! I just checked and right now in Perrysburg it's 38, feels like 26! Yesterday we got out of Detroit just in time as they had 4" of snow and were expecting more! So yeah, we'll take mid-60s!

Okay here's my restaurant reviews so far:
Shutters: Still very good, had the fresh fish wood grilled yum! DH had the big pot of clams, mussels, shrimp also good. Used my TIW card!

Captain Hiram's- I like this place, but I always get one of catches of the day done Key West style, grouper this time. The kids popcorn shrimp plate is huge and the shrimp are bigger than popcorn size. Good Key Lime Pie.

Lobstershanty - Dean suggested this place. OMG I haven't had corn fritters forever and the ones here are great. Plus Manhattan Clam Chowder, which you don't see that often. Seems geared to an older crowd, but kids are welcome(kids menu). Ask for a seat by the window. Had a platter with clam strips(a fave of mine), piece of fish, 2 coconut shrimp, 3 stuffed shrimp and a crab cake. This included the chowder and cole slaw for $19.99

Wow, that is alot of food for that price!! Is Capt. Hiram's in Sebastian? Hmmm.....can't wait to try them!
