I also heard back from the webcam operator: "Con mucho gusto estamos mostrando diferentes angulos del barco, JRA" (which translates to "We're pleased to show different shots of the ship"). Did they?

So far you haven't missed it. Mine is not refreshing every 30 seconds right now. I've been having to manually refresh. They might just be running a little behind.

I haven't been able to get an update for five minutes. I guess that there are too many people banging on the webcam.

Is anyone seeing anything from the Miraflores webcam right now?

My son is going to think I am crazy....I sent him off to school this morning from behind my computer, trying to get him enthused about the ship going through the canal....he looked once, it was cool, he was over it!!

He will be home in 15 minuted & guess where I STILL AM!!!

Hopefully he will find my obsession a bit more enjoyable when he is ON the ship in august going through the locks himself!!
