Live From The Magic March 29 - April 5

Well the trip is over, but only after a very good weather day yesterday at CC...Overall, a very good trip.

Chuck:cool1:

For those who asked, we cannot bring home any of the new menus. According to our server, they are Disney protected property. Sorry!!!!

Our server let us take a menu, even had it delivered to our cabin.

Did you carry on any liquids, liquor/water, or did you see other? With all the talk about changes I thought I would ask somone that just went thru it.

We are 5 weeks from the Western Repo Cruise.

Hope your having fun!

We carried on water, gatorade and orange soda in a soft sided cooler....the only question we were asked was whether there was ice in the cooler...there was no ice and everything was ok!! :thumbsup2

How about you rig a camera up in your lapel and sneak pics for us whilst no one is looking pirate:

We sat with Chuck, Lisa, and Mason and we tried to take photos of the new menus and dessert menus. They just did not come out well enough to read unless you zoomed in on each line and that would have been a lot of pictures.

Since this was the the first week they were using these menus they were very protective of them. Counted them as they collected them.

Believe me when I tell you Chuck tried to get menus. I have menus from previous cruises as well and I can assure you if our server would have let us take one he would not have gotten in trouble.
I even asked another CM if he could get them or photocopies for us and he said not this time.

We were on this cruise too. Our menus were whisked away quickly. If nothing else, I wanted to take pictures of the Til we meet again Menu because I thought it was so pretty, but alas it was gonna before I could blink an eye.

We brought soda, water, and Rum onboard in a rolling cooler and had no issues at all.

Chuck/Lisa, the same thing happened to us at Palo. Well not the door frame, but the rough seas, too much sun, etc etc. We made it through the appetizers and then we had to leave. Our server felt soooo bad for us. He had the rest of our meal plus two desserts that we didn't even order, delivered to our room about 20 minutes later.

Does anyone know the cruisers currently in the suites? The menus are kept in the suites since they can order any night from any dining room. I will try and take pics when I am there in a week.

I was on this cruise & have info on the Golden Mickey's dessert menu and both the regular and dessert menu for Til We Meet Again. :rolleyes1 Info is still packed, will post within the next day or so.

DisneyMom92 has the Til We Meet Again menus posted on her Photobucket site. The only other menu info I have she didn't post is The Golden Mickeys Desserts menu. Which is as follows:
Ricotta Creme Brulee, Baked Apple and Blueberry Pithiviers, Passion Fruit Napoleon, Strawberry Sundae and the BEST of all of them The Golden Chocolate,Chocolate Award dessert which was AWSOME!!:woohoo:
