Hey There, Hi There Ho There Kids!
How was your week?
Well, we here at the National Institue of Chat of Hot Tub Studies had some time to sit down and think. I know - that surprises every one of you doesn't it.
While we certainly take our jobs as chat hosts and researchers seriously, we also pride ourselves on being a happy-go-lucky bunch who try to concentrate on the good things in life and find pleasure and humor in the misfortune of others, well, . . . enough said there.
Yes friends and neighbors, times are tough all over, and it is difficult to know how to act or what to say under such adverse conditions. Your humble yet professional Saturday Night Chat Host Team decided it was time to address these issues and see if perhaps it is time to change directions and let our chat be more a reflection of what is going on in the world. So we all flew in to a top secret, highly secured meeting place (Holiday Inn coffee shop, Laughlin, NV.) and spent hour after hour, day after day, making suggestions, weighing our options, and trying to reconcile our duties as chat hosts and global citizens
It was stressful and gut-wrenching, but when we were done we walked away with the knowledge we had looked deep within ourselves and had gained some much needed enlightenment and perspective . . . and more importantly, we had agreed on an insightful and profound course of action . . . it was time to hit the monorail.
That's right kids, we realized that we were just two shallow clowns who can't handle our own problems, much less the problems in the world . . . so tonight Disney After Dark invites all of you to jump on the monorail and join us as we take a whirlwind tour of the resorts, restaurants, and lounges that dot the mono line along beautiful Bay Lake. I will be your NyQuil-impaired but otherwise sober driver; and Marla will be there with a smile and a cattle prod to make sure the evening runs smoothly. . . . . .
So come along for the ride! As always, the food and drink are on the house and all are welcome, so join your chat hosts WillyJ., and Marla this Saturday night in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST.
It's a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
Everyone's invited, so see ya there!
