Howdy Kids!!! 
How was your week? 
Well, what a long, strange trip it's been. . .
Ever since that fateful day weeks ago when the venerable Chat Institute . . . uhhhh . . . mysteriously. . . burned to the ground
your humble chat hosts have struggled mightily under barbaric conditions to maintain the high quality, cutting edge chat experience our regular clientle have come to expect on an irregular basis; while also dealing with probing insurance agents and shifty building contractors as we sheperded along the construction of our new facility. . . 
And while it has been difficult- and many times it seemed there was not enough NyQuil in the world to get us through those long days of running our labratory out of a '67 Dodge Dart - thanks to the our undying sense of professionalism and intestinal fortitude; the unyielding support of our good friends; and several long trips to Vegas and the Bahammas. . we somehow managed to struggle through this ordeal and maintain, if not our dignity, at least our weekly paychecks . . .
. . 
But today we can finally say that, much like Eric Eastrada's career, all those trials and tribulations are behind us. . .
Because it is with great pride and pleasure that we announce the brand new DIS Institute Of Chat, Wine, Buffett, and Television Studies is now completed and open for business!!!
And let me tell you, it is a beautiful structure, chock full of all the latest technology necessary to conduct our research, including:
*a 104-inch big screen TV with sattelite hook-up and immediate access to 14 different HBO's and 33 diferent cartoon related channels. . .
* a state of the art communications system that will allow us to order pizzas from 7 different restaurants with the touch of a button. . .
*a huge storage facility that will keep 98 cases of cheap wine and up to 50 cases of beer at a time colder then Ted Williams . . .
*a centralized environmental control panel that will keep the Chat Tub warm in the winter and cool in the summer. . .
*and a huge generator that will ensure the Chat Cattle Prod will always be charged and ready for crowd management. . .
oh, and I think there are some computers and data banks and big boooks in the back somewhere, but I'm really not sure. . .
Now, an event like this definitely calls for a huge celebration. . . but not here at the new Institute of course. . . I mean, c'mon, we can't have a bunch of people tromping around on our new carpet!! 
But never fear, there will be a party, and we have reserved a special place for this monumental evening. . . So we are excited to announce that tonight, Disney After Dark will be heading to the beautiful Grand Floridian resort, where we will dine in style at Victoria and Alberts!!!
That's right kids. . . not only will we savor an 11 course gourmet meal with wine pairings (and of course beer) at this most luxureous of Disney's dining experiences. . . but we will also be mingling with some of the most illustrious celebrities in the world today - Mr. T, Toby Tyler, Carrot Top, Frank Stallone, Soupy Sales, Dr. Ruth, Dice Clay, the Taco Bell dog, Donna Douglas, and Jerry Mathers as "The Beaver". . . all of whom have been brought in via Greyhound Bus Lines for this prestegious event. . . .
So join us, won't you? As always, the food, drink and fun are on the house, and everyone is invited. . .so put on your formal sweats and join your chat hosts Marla, and WillyJ. tonight in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST. It's a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal Atmosphere. As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
