Sitting on my balcony at the 7th hole waiting for DH. Maybe if I'm ambitious, I'll use some of that new work-out equipment on my arms. Yup, OKW now has work-out equipment right in your villa. And if you pull the chain about a thousand times, the curtain raises a couple inches! Someone says it's a curtain raiser, but it's gotta be workout equipment!

Continued-computer periodically erases everything. Ate at POR last night-you wouldn't believe all the refillable mug styles I saw people using! I had cafeine free diet coke (Yay!), then found it for sale in OKW gift shop.

This afternoon DH wants to go to try to buy out all the Princess stuff at DTD for grandaughter and grandaughter-soon-to-be. That is, after he returns to WPE for the french fries he's been dreaming of ever since we ate there 2 years ago . Got an exciting trip planned!

I woner if the shades are similar to the ones in a Beach Cottage at VB. because of turtles, you have to cover the windows at night, & it is a MAJOR chore!

Went to Illuminations last night. Crowds really seem low. Olivia's for breakfast, then golf this afternoon, then Artist Point for dinner. I'm anxious to see the specialty cake we ordered for our anniversary. Very quiet here at OKW. Nothing wrong in our villa that we've found. Just enjoying the view of the golfers.

Love the look of the shades but not the mechanism, I wish they were remote control!

I've noticed more than in previous Aprils, but not a lot. Also, note that the movies aren't the ones advertised on-line.

I'm happy to show off our cake and brag about our dinner.

When we got there, there was a box on the table with a wand and a beautiful bracelet from DH. Then Artist Point gave us each a glass of champagne with rasberries.

Artist Point is really the place to celebrate a special occassion, based on our experience. The meal started with an "amuse bouche". I only know what it is because I watch the Food Network. It's a little offering from the chef, a "taste of things to come." Ours was a goat cheese tart. DH then had the smoky portobello mushroom soup. After that, another AP offering, small plates of rasberry sherbert and home made granola, as a palate cleanser. We ordered salmon (me) and buffalo sirloin (DH). Then, before dessert, AP once again supplied us with ice wine "to aid the digestion", they said. At some point, the manager came over with personnalized menus for us. My only regret was not taking a photo of our server, Katy-she was great!
