There seems to be quite a few DISers going to those last cruises and maybe they could tape his "Farewell Tour." I'm surprised that DCL hasn't put some of this on tape or CD already.

I better send my DW to the store for some 8mm tapes. I wasn't sure if I was taking the camcorder on this trip or not, maybe this is my answer. Question though, are you allowed to record during the show??? I Don't want to get my camcorder thrown overboard!!!

Hey the camcorder would be a great idea. I have to borrow one for the trip. Are there any Video experts that could do a compliation of all our videos for us? Due to the nature of the venue each show each week will have some differences and them we would truly have the "Farwell Tour" (it hurts typing that-I still can't believe it).

And I for one think a tape or video would be great.. Do remember that he is a professional musician and therefore is due compensation if his likeness is copied. Maybe he could arrange to have it made and sell it but I would think a performer may object for it to be just given away. I mean that is how most performers make a living by selling their talent... Maybe someone should help him find an agent and then he could sell his CD/video whatever in the Dis-store.

Very good Points AnnMorin - and I would stand in line for a professionally produced CD/DVD/video - How about a "most requested" or "best of" over even "LIVE" compilation. We have alist started on another thread.....

I nominate Andy "verandah man" as our bus driver! And I definitely want BD as our "security guard" - hey, he's from NY!!!

I would like to see him (Fidelio) have a tape or video out - most of the time we see entertainers who are "big fish in small ponds" but I truly believe that he is a "the biggest fish in the big pond".

I think he could take that Simon - and show him what an entertainer is really about!

I caught thiis one before BD - Fidelio is NOT a Paino GUY - there is nothing painful about him.

As for the in or out of costume - who are you referring to the Bus Driver, the Captain (underpants of course) or the Piano Guy ?
