Live from Disney World, now including MNSSHP

Continuing Friday, September 10:

We had dinner at the California Grill as we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. They served us a complimentary glass of champagne, which was totally unexpected. Dinner was great and we even had desert. Here is a picture of mine:

After dinner. we walked out onto the observation platform. There were no fireworks at Magic Kingdom because of the Night of Joy. I did however, grab a photo of one of my favorite resorts:

Another nice evening at Disney.

Your trip report makes me feel like I am there with you. Thanks for the great pictures.:cool1:

Boardwalk, Boardwalk, we've arrived at Boardwalk. Not that the Lowes Royal Pacific wasn't nice. It is a great resort, we

had a great room and the stay was most enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. But, it's good to be home.

We have lucked out with a nice room at the end of the building. Being the last room allows for the extra window in the

living room.

I love the size of this balcony. It should be great for watching a storm roll through (in the evening, of course).

Being so close to the pool means my wireless router will reach. That means I can work by the pool instead of being

confined to our villa.

And with this location, I suspect that we'll have a good view of the tops of Illuminations Fireworks as well as

Fantasmic.

Sometimes being at the end of those long hallways has its benefits.

You've got that right Sammie. We've watched the fireworks from both Epcot and Fantasmic from the balcony and we're right beside the stairway door which takes us down to the pool.

I am soooo loving your report and pictures!! I'll be at the BWV's in 24 more days and can't wait!!

I've been in one of those end rooms actually 3x's. Mine ended in "27" so I had the canal view. But at night the fireworks were fantastic!!!

Thanks for sharing your trip with us! :thumbsup2

Thanks to everyone for the Anniversary wishes.

It has been so hot that we have done very little the past three days except sit by the pool:

We have gone out for dinner a few nights (off property) and a shopping trip to the Premium Outlet mall, but mostly, we are saving our energy for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, which I'll start next.

The first party of the year happened last night, Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

It was a beautiful evening with not a cloud in the sky. The crowd levels were very low and I was able to walk right on to Space Mountain. Not only was I able to walk right on, I was the only one in the car. Spooky, Well, it is Halloween.

I've taken a few photos and videos which I will post here. My Cybershot is not the greatest in low light and I am not a photographer so please take the for what they are worth. For all of you who miss the transportation, this shot is for you:
