Day 1: We are live from BWV!! I love this resort. This is our 1st time at BWV. This is our belated anniversary trip, without our 4 children. The trip started off magical with a first class upgrade on the flight from Detroit. I could seriously get use to that. We then hit the Magical Express, and boy could you tell it was free dining, the line for the All Star Resorts was massive. Nobody in the BWV line and we walked straight on to the bus.

When we arrived at BWV our room was ready and it was only 3pm. And to my utter amazement we had been upgraded from a standard studio to a 1 bedroom prefered view!!! I am in heaven!! We over look the Swan and the canal to HS. I love the 1 bedroom, I am spoiled now. We had our owners locker delivered to our room and got out the Disney Bag, filled it with the camera and stuff and headed out to Epcot. We started in France and drank our way around the world.

We then left Epcot at 8:30pm and went to Jelly Rolls. We rocked it out until 12pm. OH MY GOD! That was so much fun!!! :cheer2: I am in love with Jellyrolls. We will make that an annual event to hit there. Well I am going to go get ready for a day at Animal Kingdom topped off with dinner and Wishes at the Cali Grill.

I will update tomorrow.

Happy anniversary and have a wonderful day at AKL! Oh, and isnt BWV fabulous???!! I love that place!

It sounds like you are really enjoying your Anniversary trip! Yeah!!!

Thank you everyone for your well wishes. This is truly turning out to be a special trip for us. Yes, this resort is amazing and I love the huge shower in the bathroom and we tried out the jetted tub last night. I wish mine filled up that fast at home, I might use it more often.

Ok, now I am jealous. When we got there in August, a piece of our luggage ended up on the next flight..we had to wait, our rental car got mixed up and we missed our 7pm dinner reservations at Fort Wilderness and then the studio side of our 2bdrm at OKW was moldy and no where on Disney property is there a dehumidifier or air cleaner. Disney's way of trying to clean this is make the carpet soaking wet so that it even gets more moldy. I got really sick, thanks to the room until they finally moved us 3 days into the trip and we didn't end up with sun until the last day and a half thanks to Tropical Storm Fay. Please keep the reports coming so I can virtually vacation thru them!!:) It sounds wonderful!!

Happy Anniversary!

Thanks for taking the time to report back to us :goodvibes

Sounds like there is lots of pixiedust: in the air for your anniversary:wizard:

Have a wonderful anniversary! We call BWV home ... and we just love it!

Happy Anniversary!! Upgraded to first class and a 1BR villa -- what a great start to your trip!

Aww good for you!!!! Have fun!

I really would like to stay in this area for the easy access to the boardwalk at night, it just seems like so much fun.:goodvibes

happy anniversary! sounds awesome. We'll be there for our anniv. as well starting Tues. at BWV - hoping we'll have as much luck!

Are there any discounts (DVC or AP) to get into Jellyrolls? we're definitely headed there one nite!

Thanks so much!! We just bought into BWV and can not wait for our first trip!!!!!

Day 2:

Hi, thanks again for all the well wishes, we had a wonderful 2nd day. We started at Spoodles for breakfast. The press pot coffee was a dream. I am a coffee snob and can't stand the swill most serve in Disney. The food was really good, the bacon crispy, eggs hot, french toast hot and crispy. I would highly recommend it. We are tired of character buffets and this is a great alternative if you are staying a BWV, BCV, or going to Epcot for the day.

We then headed to Animal Kingdom. It is a drag that BWV shares buses with the swan and Dolphin. That adds some commute time to the parks. We only waited about 5 min. for the bus. The crowd levels are very low!!! We mostly saw 10-15min. waits on headliners and even less then that on some. The safari we basically walked on. We rode Everest twice with less then 10min wait time. We saw Nemo and I have to say that is my all time favorite Disney production at Disney World.

We completed everything we wanted to to by 3:30pm and headed back to BWV. Changed into our suits and checked out the Luna Pool. We had to the ugly clown slide so we could report back to our kids. It was fun. After that we cleaned up and headed to the Contempory for our Cali Grill Dinner.

It was a 3 hour meal, with a 20 min break for Wishes. I had the the spicy Kazan Rolls and the Filet of Beef, my DH a flat bread and the Lamb. I have to say it ranks now as one of my top 3 meals at Disney. Javier our waiter was very attentive and we at in the Wine room. Very quite and romantic!!! The lights outside the window were beautiful. Watching Wishes outside on the Deck was a treat. It has to be the most romantic and best viewing spot in all of Magic Kingdom.

All in all the magic continues. We are off to Kona Cafe for breakfast(another press pot for me!:goodvibes ), then a quick trip to HS to hit the headliners, then to Epcot for the Behind the Seeds Tour, lunch at Rose and Crown, and dinner at Chefs de France. We plan to end our night at the Adventure Club at Pleasure Island.
