littlest pet shops

Okay... They have come up with yet another variation! I was looking on eBay at the LPS Tins - I got mine on Sunday - after reading about them here! Thank you!

Well - they now have "Teeniest, Tiniest".... little pop open playsets (my DD had something similar with Pokemon and Neopets.

Just letting you know!

Thanks DisneyMissy318! :)

They look so cute!

I'll have to start watching for them in stores.

ETA: I Googled to see if any online stores have them yet, and found a site that lists upcoming releases:

I can't wait to see the hummingbird. :)

They are already on ebay but not even in the stores yet! This auction ended on 11/19:

There are 70 auctions listed on ebay.

FYI Family Dollar had single LPS pets for $2.99 a piece, and one of the pets they had there was the ferret. They also had a dog that I had not seen before (I think it's one of the newer ones.)

Also, Limited Too carries LPS pets and I believe a few other things like a LPS stationary kit and a corkboard, and in another thread you will find a 20% coupon for Limited Too that you could use on that. :thumbsup2

I really like the green color of that hummingbird even though it looks like all the other birds from LPS.
LPS are so cute.

Last Fri. we found out that a near by town has a Family Dollar, so we checked it out. we had never been to one before.

They had a few LPS, but no ferret - I'll have to have DH check again. We bought a cat that DD liked, but I think it was only $2.

The Target tin has a ferret, and there's a new ferret coming out with a carry case, but I'd still like to find the single. :)

We ended up spending more at Family Dollar than we did at any other store that day - found My Little Ponies with babies, an Aurora soft doll that DD didn't have (and she's a big Aurora collector), and Disney Fleece on clearance. :)

I was in Target today, and they had their special LPS tins marked down to $15. They gave me a price adjustment on the one I got last week (saved $10!).

I didn't read all through the thread again to see if this had been mentioned, but if not, you may want to check your local Targe

Debra:

thank you so much - will be heading back to Target tonight - I can't believe they did that - it hasn't even been a week!

WOW...I cannot believe that they did that...and considering they were just in the paper this week...that is ODD...I know I asked to see if they had any more when I was there yesterday and he said that they sold out in a day!!

They were on an end-cap this morning when I went in there. I would definitely call first though.

My Target seemed to have bunches, so if anyone is desperate, I can try to get one on my way home this evening. Not sure when the price went down or how long they'll be on sale.

The three Targets near me sold out within the day. I went early (8:00) and got one. My SIL wanted me to get one for my niece so I checked back and went to two others.....all sold out. I can't believe they had any to mark down, must have been a mistake.

Thanks for the info leafette.

Did anyone else's store mark them down?

We got a foot of snow overnight, school closed, and DH's work did too (which never happens), so there's no chance of me going into town.

I just got back - our Target was sold out - but they took my word on the markdown (it did not come up in the computer) and gave me the adjustment!!! Thank you so much for letting us know about it!!!! :thumbsup2 :sunny:

Was the mark down a clearance price or a sale price? Can I get an adjustment?

At my Target yesterday, they were on the same end-cap where they had been when I purchased, but the sign there read $15 instead of $24 (or whatever it was before). I just happened to notice it because I was amazed they had so many left. I had rushed over to get one last Sunday because I was afraid they would sell out as many people here were reporting.

Anyhow, they adjusted the price I had paid and told me if anything I purchased went on sale like that within 14 days of purchase, that was their policy. I think I ended up with $10.58 back.

Oh boy!!!! I'm going to have to make my DH & his co-workers eat Happy Meals for lunch that week so I can collect them all for my DD. LOL!! Thanks for the heads up!!!!! :woohoo:

remember - you do not have to eat Happy Meals - you can just purchase the toys themselves - if you are willing to pay that way.

The one thing we learned - at least back when they had the Disney sets - each store will get a couple complete sets. When we were collecting the Disney set we just went around to a few McDonalds (it helped that we were travelling the NYS Thruway at the time) and asked about the complete sets.

:wizard:

We just went to mcdonalds today and they said to check could be earlier than dec 21st. But the women told me that expect it to be more popular than when they did beanie babies.....
