I believe it was the TA and that was what someone on another thread said - they couldn't get it onboard prior to the crossing.

Bingo. The ship did not receive it in time. Which is why you should never count on a PremiEAR at Sea. It's not guaranteed.

I believe it was the TA and that was what someone on another thread said - they couldn't get it onboard prior to the crossing.

It was the first Med. so they ought to have been able to send it to Barcelona for pick up on 5/20. In my opinion not necessarily the cruise lines fault that they didn’t get it. It’s the studio that has to supply these.

But I think the lesson is to not count 100% on premEARs happening outside of North America.
