Little Mermaid Special FP

I don't know if there will be a temporary FP machine for the general public or not.....haven't seen anything on that yet.

Don't really know any of the specifics on DVC, etc. Just thought the limited time FP entrance tickets available for resort stays was big news. Hopefully more will be released so everyone has a clear picture of what to expect!!

I should start posting these on the Diva thread when I get them. After all, we do like to know EVERYTHING that is going on as soon as it happens!

:thumbsup2 thanx for the confirmation Carol!!! (of course the Divas would love to stay in the loop......lol) :rotfl:

Yes THANKS Carol! I am even MORE excited now if that is possible!!! ;)

Wow! That is great news! So excited to use them for Little Mermaid and Star Tours in August! Thanks for posting Laurie!

Personally, I think it would be a great idea to do this year round for DLR hotel guests - nice perk for staying onsite.

Agree Bridget.....the prices are hard to justify unless they have a really awesome special going or you plan on spending a ton of time in your room. I'd love to be able to stay on-site with the family, but we'd need 2 rooms or a suite & that's about 3 times the price of staying off site.......but more little perks like this might make it all worth while!!!

PS: Bridget our tickers disappeared & the site wouldn't come up when I clicked on it........hmmmmmm
PSS: They came back.....weird!

I wonder about us, we are checking into the PPH for 6 nights, but starting May 30th...I hope it still applies to us since we will be there through the 5th! ;)

I'd call to find out!! You would think since you're there during the time period (even though you're already checked in) that you'd be able to take advantage of this deal!!

I hope Disney announces their specials post-July 2nd soon ... I'm dying to know if my group can find a way to afford staying on site :surfweb: Having FP's to ride Ariel would be incredibly awesome.

I wonder if you check in, say Friday night for only one night (with a family of 5 and therefore get 10 FPs), if you can use them ONLY on Friday, or is it Saturday, or is it anytime later during the next week???

I'd call to get clarification.....there's not been a whole lot of info released on this promotion.

This sounds like asweet deal. Ill definately take advantage when im there in June. Do i understand correctly that FP's dont have to be used for the return hour on the ticket? YOu can use one at anytime past the printed return time?

For the regular FP's it's true you can use them anytime (on that day) after the return time.

With these special FP's I don't know if they'll have times or dates on them. They might just be a special pass for resort guests that can be used anytime during their stay.

I can hardly wait to hear more details about this.

Nothing hooks me more into staying onsite like front of the line/fast passes for really busy attractions. My husband and I are those types of people that are always short on vacation time due to work issues, with most of our travels to Disney being crammed in the off season just for these reasons. We were planning on doing a day at DCA this summer to see Tron dance party, but planned on staying off site. A package like this might convince me to book onsite again.

I wonder how DVC guests at VGC fit into all this.......

It's really going to be a bummer for all of us offsite guests if this resort FP line really slows down the regular line. Yes, I understand having perks for onsite guests, but even these FP's can't help me justify the high nightly rate. I guess we'll just have to grab a slushie and popcorn and stand in the line and hope it moves!
