Little mermaid room walk/buses

I didn’t mind the walk at all - and we were there for s half marathon! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The busses were excellent- so much better than CBR (which is my only point of comparison)

Which building were you in?

Yup, it was the building with Ursula in front

Lol yeah you may have felt differently about the walk if you were in the backside of building 8 where when youw alk down the stairs you were at the path that goes around the lake to POP.
We clocked a faster time getting to POP's buses than AOA's buses.

I've stayed at all three bldgs in the LM section. Yes, it is a somewhat long walk. But in all reality, it's a much shorter walk than some I've had at other, deluxe resorts!!! Anyone here stay DVC at VGF??? Man, that's a hike to the buses. I never had an issue with the walk at AoA, and the buses were always pretty good. But, everyone has their own breaking point when it comes to walking distance from buses to rooms. Mine is much longer than most peoples'.

We just stayed at AOA in October. We were in the Nemo suites, but walked back to the LM section to use the pool there one day. It was definitely a hike, but would be doable for me on a trip where we spent most of our time in the parks. I would not want to stay there when spending more time in the resort and trying to use the refillable mugs, etc. Or coming back mid-day for a rest, adding more back and forth from the rooms to the buses. Just too much of a walk for me.

I doubt it. We were on the far end of that building. I really didn't think it was very far. But, keep in mind, I'm a runner so distances don't scare me LOL. For others, especially with younger children, it might be a concern.

for my first trip with a stroller and gear, I did not want a long walk...
