He may have, which is certainly better than nothing. I hope for his sake he did because if this is the first time his superiors hear about it, no doubt his job is lost.
I doubt it. Remember at the time no one knew there was any real injury to the little girl. Black eyes take time to develop. What kind of report would he have filled out? "I smacked into a little girl, she fell down, but she is fine"? Because that is what the facts looked like at that time.
I agree that Disney takes time to respond. And now that the mom has decided to blow this up into a giant "thing" now the lawyers have to handle it. So it will take even longer.
Remember, even if there was injury and she didn't report it at the time, now they have to prove that that injury was caused by the CM. And that the little girl didn't walk into a door or something. Which is what any good lawyer would say, they have no way now of proving the injury was caused by the CM. That is why the parent should have taken her child right to first aid and not waited until they were home.
