I believe I saw some Little Einsteins merchandise last time I was there.

The only Playhouse Disney characters you can see on a regular basis can be found in the Playhouse Disney Live on Stage Show in DCA. You'll get most of the casts of Bear in the Big Blue House, Jojo's Circus, The Book of Pooh & Stanley in a delightful stage show with 5+ musical numbers with bubbles, streamers, etc.

There is no meet and greet however, sorry.
