DW and I went to see this last night and we both agreed that it was excellent
The show starts with Lou and Andy and then Matt and David spend the next 2 1/2 hours going through their resume of characters with numerous set and costume changes all done in double quick time
I don't want to say too much about the actual show as I don't want to spoil it for anyone who might have tickets for an upcoming show
I will say that there were a couple of good scenes with some hilarious audience participation. Also David Walliams is very brave as one of the sketches calls for his character to strip naked which he does
The only disappointing part of the show as far as I was concerened was the people in the audience who felt that they should spend most of their time taking digital flash photographs of everything or those who were trying to film little parts of it with their camara phones held aloft above their heads. These things are fast becoming the scourge of live entertainment and seem to have caused people to lose all sense of etiquette!
Anyway I would thoroughly recommend going to see this if you get a chance, especially if you enjoyed Little Britain on the radio and TV.
Is anyone else going to see this whilst it is touring??
Alan.
