Hi everyone ~
I was just over at the CB
and I found someone talking about how on their last visit to WDW (just two weeks ago), they found the parks to be filthy, the CM's rude, yada, yada, yada. Anyway, one person posted that when she see's someone littering, she picks up their trash and throws it away. Although I find it great that she will pick up the offender's trash, I believe it doesn't really solve the initial littering problem. What we do when we see someone litter is politely tap them on the shoulder and say "excuse me, but I think you just dropped something", while pointing to the litter. It has been our experience that once we point out the trash and the fact that someone "called them on it", 9 times out of 10 they will pick up their own trash and throw it away themselves.
Sooo, this leads me to my poll. What do you do? Do you ~
a - ignore the whole thing?
b - pick up the trash yourself?
c - tell the offender to pick up their trash?
d - other? (what would "other" mean?)
