Lithograph?

Hi! I was reading something that said people got a tote bag AND lithograph of their home resort when they bought in. We bought points at SSR in November, and got our bag, but never got the lithograph. Now, it's not gonna kill me to not have the lithograph, but I do feel a LITTLE slighted! Did anyone else who bought recently get the litho?

I believe you are referring to the print in celebration of DVC's 15th anniversary. I too officially closed on my SSR points in November 2006. I was hoping for the print, but the buzz on this website was that the members had to be in the system as of August 2006 in order to receive the print. So I figured that I would not get one. Then, out of the blue, I received a print right before Christmas. According to recent threads, others who closed after August also surprisingly received the print.

You may want to inquire with your guide about the print.

Disney has modified the little freebies that come with new ownership many times over the years. We happened to buy when it was a tote bag but no print. A month later they added a print to the package. Trust me, you shouldn't feel slighted at all.

And we got a print, but no tote bag when we added on our points at VWL and BCV.

We actually purchased a print because we were not included in the free mailing. It cost $50, which is OK, but it was $23.95 for shipping plus our print has several places where the color is scratched off. We will probably call to see if we can have it replaced. Oh, we did receive the tote bag though...should be great for trips to the pool!

The poster is not talking about the 15th DVC Anniversary Gicel that we all got this Oct/Nov timeframe..

He is takling about the "Home Resort" litho/print that comes (or used to) with the purchase of DVC (or add on..at least in 05)..along with a tote or backpack!!.....right???

Is this print the giclee we all recently got or the actual water color print of the individual resort? If you bought a resale, but would like a print of that resort, is there any way you can get one? I got a print of HH when I bought directly from Disney, but I would love the one of the BCV, too!!!

That's what happened to us too! Oh well! Guess I'll have to buy my own lithograph!

Yeah...that's what I was talking about. Oh well....don't know what we'd do with it anyway.
