Listing of 'historic' room discounts release dates

I know that somewhere in all my pre-planning and searching I came across a site that listed the dates for the last couple of years when Disney released AP/general public room discount rates. It also listed what those discounted rates where. Now I can't remember where I was it

Hopefully, I'm explaining the site correctly. Basically what's happened is we're getting a little closer to deciding when we are taking our WDW trip. Right now we're looking at either early June (90% likely not to be when we go) or, more likely, early August. I wanted to see about when I needed to start looking for discount codes to be released and about home much those discounted rates were. I'm thinking about going through Dreams Unlimited when we decide because I've read they are great about getting the rates for you with out you pestering them, but I'd still like to know for myself (guess I can't give up complete control). Also, I want to use it to narrow down where we stay and when we go.
