Monistat will work as well to get rid of ringworm.
.
Or maybe they do rescue work and have a dog that's really infected with ringworm? If so, where's the bleach? And the Head and Shoulders? (I know some rescuers who swear by Head and Shoulders for ringworm.)
We rescued a kitten once that ended up having ringworm that infested my other cat, two of my kids and myself. The vet gave us some $80 prescription and said it could take 8 months to clear up.... that would be horrible to wait that long as it was already everywhere.
I ended up shaving the areas on the cats and putting clear fingernail polish on it as well as all the spots on us. Then bleached everything material and steam cleaned with a bleach additive. Cleared up in less than a week.
Someone on here recently swore by mixing 3/4 bottle of Listerine with water and spraying it to keeps cats from spraying/urinating in unwanted locations.
