List your January ADRs here!

I'm in the process of making my ADRs for mid-January. Since DVC members make their reservations 11 months prior to arriving, we don't have to wait. I've been using my confirmation number and getting a wide selection of times to book. I'm up to January 20th now. I'm not doing it every day, only the days where I have a hard to get ADR, then I make several days worth at a time. So while lots of folks don't know about the "glitch", all of us DVC members going in January have our confirmation numbers and are making our ADRs now. I guess I too would be nervous making up a fake confirmation number and would hate to have those ADRs purged from the system later. Good Luck!

Do the DVC confirmation numbers work with the online system to book 180 +10 days? I thought the DVC confirmation numbers didn't work but they were working on a fix for that. Maybe my information is old.

Yep, no problem. I also could not put the checkin date in and left that alone.

BTW -- I've never had a problem making ADRs with my DVC confirmation numbers online. I guess I've always been lucky.

Here's another poster using confirmation numbers for our stay at AKV in a grand villa in Dec/Jan. I had no problems at all using the glitch to make reservations.

OK, it does work for me now, but I know what the problem was. I just recently had a waitlist request come through that changed the first night of my DVC reservation. Bascally the reservation number of the first night of my stay doesn't exist any more and that was what I was using.

I phoned in and made my reservations a few days ago anyways so I'm set, but I would have liked to have tried the online system. There's always next time (or possible tweaking of the plans over the next few months).

5:25 p.m. at Le Cellier

How funny! We also have Jan. 4 reservations for Coral Reef at 12:10 pm and 5:55 PM for Le Cellier.


Here's our schedule:


Sun. 1/2/: Kouzzina, 8:30 pm (since our flight arrives pretty late in the day)

Mon. 1/3/: 50's Prime-Time Cafe, 7:10 PM

Tues. 1/4: Coral Reef, 12:10 PM and Le Cellier, 5:55 PM

Weds. 1/5: CS (to make up for using our two TS on Tues., hopefully not 3 if LC becomes 2 TS!)

Thurs. 1/6: Hollywood & Vine, 3:30 PM, with Fantasmic Package. This was the only time available, so it'll be a late lunch for us and we'll grab a late CS from Mara at AKL that night.

Fri. 1/7: Boma, 7 pm.

Sat. 1/8: Ohana, 7:15 PM (hopefully with a fireworks view for a fantastic last night)

Sun. 1/9: CS at Mara
