List of menu items NOT covered on DDP

Is there alist of the menus items that are not covered on the DDP?

I have noticed a lot of people referring to 'add-ons' but would like to know what they are before we get there. It might effect where we decide to eat if some menu items are not covered.

There are very few restrictions on the plan. "add ons" are items like add some BBQ Shrimp to your steak meal or something of that nature those would be excluded, but you could have them and just pay OOP.
Items intended for 2 or more people must be shared among 2 or more people to use credits for, and some really expensive sushi appetizers are considered your entree if you would like to order them. Other than that there is not much to prepare for --just double check with each server if you have questions or are unsure many are happy to guide you!

I didn't see it on the exceptions listed on the FAQ thread, but we were told on Tuesday at Yakitori (Japan CS) that only 3 of the entrees are allowed on the DDP.

I believe they were: Shogun Combination, Japanese Curry, and Teriyaki Chicken. We were not allowed to get the tonosama Combination that we wanted. This was very poor as the exceptions were not noted on the menu or sign and we were not told this until we got up to the register to order, after waiting for 15 minutes in a very slow line.

Hopefully this info helps others considering this CS.
