If you have tried to get a discount with codes but its not available for the time you are going post it here...

Wilderness Lodge (nothing but Honeymoon Rooms and Suites, which purportedly were being discounted but actually were booking at rack rate -- apparently some glitch in the system that was showing rack rate as a passholder rate)

Note that most of the above were not available even at rack rate -- nothing at all at BWI, YC or BC. Didn't pursue rack rate on anything else, except it turned out to be rack rate at WL for the suites.

The operator I spoke to said that there is litterally no chance of
getting a BWV 2 bedroom with the EWP code during that time frame, or with any other code for that matter. She said they have all been booked already at rack rate or to DVC members.

I wasn't going to book with an AP discount (I'm not currently an AP holder) but called to make a payment on my 5+2 Package and asked if the AP rate was available for those dates. Curiosity got the best of me.

I do hope that tomorrow the general public discounts for October are released and I can at least get my one-night room reservation for Friday, October 22 discounted.

The beginning of December is very popular with DVC members because it is the lowest point season. Boardwalk is always soldout months ahead.

I knew that it was a difficult booking to get, but I didn't know it was this bad. I'm glad we booked our 2 bedroom in February (at rack rate, sigh). It would have been nice to get the discount too, but now I feel lucky just to have the suite at all.

The CM seemed to indicate that the campsites were not participating in the EWP code at all!!

Was unable to get discount at Fort Wilderness campsites for either my October or December trip. Why do they exclude Fort Wilderness campsites from these discounts? I have to stay at the campground 'cause I take my dogs with me. I'm paying more for my campsite than the price at the value resorts.

They probably don't discount them because they are already very cheap.

I have tried all day for WL for Oct. 7/8/9 and could not get them either but if you read the email at the bottom it does say that the rates are available 10/31-12/25 so that is probably why the EWP code is not working for that time

Oct 20,21,22,23,24, Nothing at BC, YC. Only Garden Suites at BWI, nothing at AKL except Deluxe Savanah view, nothing at WL at all.
