List of dining discounts?

Does anyone have or know where I could find a compiled list of all the possible dining discounts? Like for DDE, AP holders, and DVC? I find lists for each one, but I would like to know if there is one list that would indicate the available discounts per location.

I am currently a DVC owner, have an AP, and will probably purchase the DDE. I know that some locations don't take the DDE but some of those give an AP or DVC discount. It would make planning so much easier if they were all in one place...

That PDF shows a 10% discount at Mara (AKL/AKV), which I believe has been discontinued.
