List of Dining Discounts for DVC members?

Allears has one from 2008 and haven't really been updated last time I checked. We'll be going in August but won't be using DDP or TIW card so it would be nice to see which places offer a meal discount.

Do we buy these ahead of time or when we arrive - or this there a difference? Anyone get one of these and were sorry they did?
