List of Current Prix Fixe Restaurants?

Over the years I've enjoyed some restaurants that offered a Prix Fixe meal for guests on the regular dining plan. I can remember these menus at Captain's Grille, Chefs de France and Le Cellier. Do any of these restaurants still offer it? Is there a list of restaurants that still offer this today?

San Angel Inn (one selection only - not multiple selections)
Monsieur Paul (with surcharge on DDP)

Pretty sure that's it. Kona, Captains Grill and Le Cellier no longer offer prix fixe.

Thank you! That's too bad that it's not offered as much anymore. I will be dining at Chefs de France again though, so that's good to know. Thanks again!

I know Flying Fish had a prix fixe option but it was not available on the dining plan.
