Liquor stores on Sunday

My family will arrive in Orlando at approximately 10 pm on a Saturday night before our cruise on Sunday We'd like to purchase alcohol to bring on the cruise. At what time do liquor stores open on Sunday? All things point to later than I was hoping

I found a news article stating that as of late 2013, Brevard County now allows Sunday liquor sales to start at 7am. But of course it's at the discretion of individual store owners when they will open.

I have to think that some enterprising liquor store owner will be open on Sunday mornings, but if you want to be safe, maybe hit the store Saturday night? That's what we're planning on doing.
