Liquor Policy On DCL?

In addition to about 8 bottles of wine (for 4 adults), we also hauled on a case of bottled water. It as nice to keep in the mini fridge.

LOL! We don't even drink! I was like dang !! it was only a 4 night cruise. if it were a 7 night, we'd be in big trouble lol

You don't *even* want to know how much our total extra charges were for three of us on a 7-day cruise. Of course, it includes a $900 (yikes) Remy night, but still... We got the charge sheet and my wife was looking over it on the trip home. She just started laughing. She was like, "Booze, booze, souvenir, booze, booze, booze, booze, booze, Remy (ouch), booze, booze, booze, booze, snacks at the theatre, booze, booze, booze, shoe rental since you forgot your dress shoes, booze, booze, booze, booze, booze (gasp for breath), booze, booze, booze, booze." Our charge sheet was three (eek!) pages long. LOL

While we still get some drinks on board, the last 7 day cruise we were on we only got off for duty free booze shopping and then again at Castaway Cay. I think our sheet was still 2 pages and my in-laws was 3.

Probably catholic. You know the old saying, whenever there are 4 catholics, there is a 5th.

I brought some on but still had a huge bar tab. Sitting by the pool you get bar drinks and they are not cheap.....but what the heck, you are on vacation. At Castaway Cay I had a small water bottle with rum in my bag. I'd order the beach drinks which have very little alcohol and then add a splash of rum from my water bottle to make it more to my liking.
