Linking tickets

I purchased tickets and would like to link them to my husband's app and my daughter's app.
I was on chat and they said I have to do it online but they couldn't help me.
the tickets are linked on my account/app.

I tried to scan and it doesn't work.

On a phone, open the Disneyland app with your account and get the tickets up.
On another phone, log into disneyland app on husband's account. Scan the tickets (go through the link tickets prompt to scan).

Rinse and repeat for daughters account.

I did that and it says it can’t do it. I tried to do chat but they didn’t know. I guess I will need to call them.

Make sure your app, your Husband's app, and your daughter's app are all updated to the latest version?

We just used it recently. So not sure why it’s not working.
I will try again tomorrow. But I think I have to call.

I ended up going online and typing each ticket in on my husband's account. It didn't work to scan them.
