Linking tickets to MDE

I bought two regular 3 day tickets and 1 florida resident 3 day ticket for our trip to disney in early march. I put the confirmation code into My Disney Experience to link them to my account but only the two regular tickets linked.

Anyone know why the florida resident ticket didnt link? Is there a reason or is it just Disney's website being awful? (as usual)...

I want to set up our FPP stuff but the website has been a nightmare.
