Linking TCD vouchers to MDE?

Hi everyone - please help.

So we're off in 31 days and our travel documentation has just come available on the Travel City Direct website.

This morning I have downloaded and printed everything fine.

Except I cannot link my WDW ticket voucher to my Disney Experience account - it wont accept the barcode or the reference number.

The man on the phone with TCD say I should be using my travel city booking ref instead but that it wont link until 30 days (tomorrow).

Does this sound right - I feel like I've been fobbed off!

Have I got vouchers that I cannot link until they're exchanged for real tickets in Orlando?

Feeling a little frustrated as was looking forward to making my first FP+ tomorrow (we're staying off site)

FALSE ALARM - please ignore this question - so the guy from TCD was off course wrong. I inputted the bar code ref again on the website instead of the app and it works fine!
