linking special purchase DVC AP to MDE...

Has anyone had any problems linking their Premium DVC AP exchange certificate (which must be redeemed by 1/31/15) to their MDE account?

I used my iPhone to scan the certificate. I didn't get any indication that it worked except that when I did it a second time I received an error message (pass had already been assigned).

I logged into my MDE on my PC and I don't see it anywhere, but I noticed that my DS has a ticket assigned to him labeled "CROSS COUNTRY PASTA PARTY" (non transferrable) which he didn't sign up for. Weird. But, no sign of the voucher. I tried typing the numbers in again and received another error that the pass had already been assigned.

I had no trouble linking my special DVC AP exchange certificate to my MDE account about 3 weeks ago when my 60 day window for FP+ opened. And subsequently had no trouble selecting FP+'s. (I logged on to my MDE account on my PC).

I had entered the confirmation numbers for all of them, no trouble at all. I know someone that had trouble and had to call.
