Linking retail magicbands

It's part of the process when linking them to select the person if you control their account. If they control their own account they'll have to link their own bands.

My husband has his own account, but since he is in my friends and family list, it did let me link his.

So if I am understanding this correctly...

If we purchase retail magic bands in the park after we have checked into our hotel...

The cashier at the retail location can link our tickets, fast passes, and memory maker, BUT we will still have to stop by the resort front desk to have our charging privileges, room key, and dining credits linked as well?

The CM will link your newly purchased MBs to your MDE account. These new MBs will function the same as any other MB linked to your MDE: opens room door, purchases are charged to your room account, access to all Dining credits.

There are two different Ren MBs.

The $24.99 MB does not have audio activation. The limited edition MB does.
