Linking reservations

Is it possible to link a CRO reservation with a MS reservation? We are renting points for 6 nights in June at BCV. We have decided to come in a day early. I had originally planned to stay at POFQ for the one night. I was wondering if I should book a night through CRO at BCV and see if I could link it to my other reservation so we wouldn't have to change rooms the next day. Is that even possible?

No you can't but you can get the same unit type in many cases and ask not to be moved. The request will be successful most of the time. There are a few unit types that you could likely not be able to stay in the same unit. For BCV it would be the dedicated 2 BR, esp the 2 queen version.

You'll need to give CRO your DVC reservation number and MS your CRO number. Then when you check in make sure that you are blocked into the same room. It helps if each reservation has the same name on it.

We're staying in a studio. I hate to ask the member who made our reservation to call MS again to link our CRO reservation to it. She's been wonderful, but I hate to bother her again. I think I'll just take my chances that maybe we can remain in the same room, if not, then I don't think it'll be a big deal just to switch rooms. Thanks for your help!

Just let CRO know the number and call the resort about 3 days prior to your arrival plus the morning of your arrival. Don't arrive late and repeat your need/request when you check in.
