Linking Reservations Together

Found out today that the MDE app and the reservation systems are separate systems. I had thought when we linked our three room reservations in the app the reservations department could see that (not so much).

Besides linking everything together in the MDE app, what steps do we need to do so the reservations are tied together so we can have rooms together, etc.

Call Disney and ask them to link the three reservations on their side. There's no guarantee but it helps.

You won't be able to see the linking on the app or link anything via the app. Call them and make sure your reservations are linked. That's about all you can do.

When you call, also request that the rooms be close to each other. Just linking them does not mean they will keep the rooms near each other, just that you are traveling together.

That seems like something that should be automatic. Glad you mentioned it. I will make sure we add that.

Well, there are occasions when someone may be traveling in a group, but wants to be away from the rest of the group so that they have a little bit of down time from the rest. If you are across the resort, less likely to have them at your door constantly than if they were just a floor above.
