Linking PhotoPass photos to Memory Maker?

HI. I apologize, because I feel like this is an obvious/easy question, but I can't seem to figure it out.

We just got back from WDW on Dec. 12th, and had bought the Memory Maker through MDE a few months before we went. It was clearly listed under "Tickets and Memory Maker" on our MDE.

Now that we're back, I'm seeing that we have a bunch of pictures under the "Photopass" link, and it says that they will expire in 4 or 5 weeks.

Clearly it didn't automatically link the Photopass to my Memory Maker, which is annoying, but when I try to link them, the confirmation number that is attached to the Memory Maker is "invalid" when I use it as the number to link to the PhotoPass. It's asking for a number on the back of the Memory Maker physical card, but we bought it on MDE, so there is no physical card. And, other than that confirmation number, there is no other number or code associated with the Memory Maker listed on MDE.

What am I missing here? Any advice? Thanks.

We just had the same thing happen. When I called to have this fixed, we found whomever the Memory Maker is "attached" to needs to click on one of those pictures and then click activate. Although I purchased MM, it was attached to our reservation maker, my daughter. Once she did this, all of our pictures were able to be seen without the watermark and could then be downloaded. I hope this helps!

Yes, thanks so much, I actually figured it out earlier this morning. That was our exact problem, it was "attached" to DW's MDE, not mine. And then you have to "activate" it, which seems like a needless extra step.

Thanks again!
