Do you mean your family members’ old MB aren’t listed under their names in the Magic Bands and More section (not your F&F list), or you can’t see their names? Do you manage their profiles via your
MDE? The front desk at Poly should be able to scan the bands and make sure they’re still linked to the right people, but if you want to fix it sooner you could call the MB / IT support CMs at (407) 939-4357. They’ve helped me out many times!
