Linking non-expiring tickets

DH and I have non-expiring tickets with no theme park days left on them, just water park and more entries.

I have tried to link them to my MDE but they don't show up. Does that mean they are no longer valid, just having the 'extra' entries left on them? Or is it just that they cannot be added to MDE? I was really hoping that I might be able to see how many water park days we have left on them.

If they are NE tickets with WP&M entitlements remaining, they will still be valid. Just a couple of weeks ago I used an old NE ticket that had only WPF&M entitlements left on it (no theme park entries) to go to Blizzard Beach and it worked.

If the tickets are old, you may not be able to link them to MDE with the app or website. So you do what I did: when you get to WDW, go to guest relations, and they will exchange the old ticket for a new, plastic, RFID ticket that you can use for entry, or that you can scan using the MDE app to link the ticket to your MDE account.

MDE will tell you the number of days remaining, but it will not distinguish between theme park days and WPF&M entitlements. At one point there was an email address that you could email your ticket information to and they would respond with the remaining balance of days on the ticket, but I'm not sure what that email address is.

Thanks but they have linked. I entered the numbers and it accepted them and I even got as far as assigning the tickets to me and my husband but although MDE shows it under Magicbands and cards, there is no detail as to how many days left on the tickets. It just says 'admission card'.
