Linking Magic Bands to MDE

I have been reading the MB threads, and since this is new, I need to find out more about it. I am staying on Disney property - my 2 SILs are not. We are linked through my MDE and I can make reservations and fp selections for them. My cc is linked to my magic bands.
Today, Disney Store started selling magic bands and I bought 2 for my SILs. I know when they arrive to link them to my MDE but not much else.
My 1 SIL is able to control her own reservations through my MDE. I know I will link the number to her tickets; will all of her reservations show up on her magic band? Can she enter her own cc? What about hard ticket events such as MVMCP? Tomorrowland Terrace? Do I simply go into my MDE account and enter the band number to her tickets and that's all I have to do?

The MagicBand does not hold any information at all. It provides the link to tickets and FPs in MDE for off-site guests. The MagicBands for your 2 SILs need to be linked to their MDEs where their tickets and FPs are linked.

Because they are staying off-site, they cannot link a credit card because they don't have an onsite resort room account. All off-site guests have to purchase items using cash, credit cards, gift cards or debit cards.
