Linking everyone

Groups that use different TA's and have different reservation/confirmation numbers... how do you link them all together so that we all can have the same ADR's, FP, etc (well most of us). There's 6 of us going soo far. There may be a potential of 12. We're in the early stages...

Room 1: 2 people
Room 2: 2 people (maybe 3)
Room 3: 2 people (maybe 3)
Room 4: (maybe 5 people- 2 adults, 1 infant, 2 children) not sure if they can go yet.


How do we manage that?

You need to add them to your Family & Friends list in MDE. If each room is a distinct family unit, the easiest way to link everyone is by using their room confirmation numbers.

First step is to have each family (room) create their own MDE account (if they don't already have one) and add their immediate family to their Family & Friends list. Each family should also link their room reservation and any separately purchased park admission to their MDE account.

Once each family has setup their MDE account, one of the options when you 'Add a Guest' to your Family & Friends list is to use their Disney Resort Reservation. Each family should do this for all of the other families (rooms) that are going.

Once all of the individuals are linked, anyone can make plans (dining reservations, FP+ selections, etc.) for anyone listed in their Family & Friends list. NOTE: FP+ selections can only be made for those with valid park admission (either purchased separately or as part of a package).

Just be aware of this important fact above. Not only can anyone make resv's, they can change and cancel. If they aren't paying attention they could not only change their plans but yours too!
