Linking DVC to MDE

Ok...dumb question but here it goes.

I have one email address for my DVC account...and a separate email to my MDE app. I have tried to change my email address login on MDE app and it will not let me. I am going to purchase AP and am a little concerned having 2 different email logins for both accounts.
1 - Is there s trick to this?
2 - Is this something I can call in and get someone to override for me?
3 - Should I not be concerned
4 - Your suggestions?

For this issue I would make a call to Disney IT and have both your MDE and DVC accounts put under 1 email account with 1 log in. It will make things much simpler for you. Chances are you won't be able to do it online, at least successfully. It is worth the 1/2 hour on the phone with Disney IT.

Once the accounts are under 1 login, most things should work seamlessly between accounts. Once you make a DVC reservation it will show up in your MDE account.

Yup, I had to call in to Disney IT a few years back to do this. It took care of my login for all Disney accounts I had (DVC, MDE, Disney Movies Everywhere, etc).

Made things much easier to manage.

Glad to help. Did they mention to use Chrome for a browser as well? That is the one that Disney IT suggests using. Not my favorite because of security issues (prefer Firefox) but it does help with making reservations and not getting bumped from the website.

Our last two reservations have shown up in our MDE with no problems. Same with AP.

Oddly, mine almost always used to back when I had different logins for each but once IT combined my login (without telling me btw) I've had to link every reservation since that time to MDE.

They did mention chrome..however I just went into private viewing in Safari and all was good. She was exceptionally pleasing and helpful!

I had a lot of trouble while trying to make a reservation with the website refreshing after about 1 minute when using Explorer, Firefox, or Safari (on IPad). With Chrome I don't have that problem anymore with while making reservations. When I'm just doing research I use Firefox.

I would try out a few internet browsers before hand if you needed to make a critical reservation (8am on the opening of your 11 month window) and see what works.
