Linking Disney tickets to other accounts

Hi all.

I have been trying to send our Disney tickets, which are currently all in my account, to the other members of our party.
The instructions say to just log into any other My Disney account and then either scan or type in the ticket number from my account. But either way it always says it is invalid.

Any ideas?

Are your MDE accounts linked as Friends & Family? You should be able to assign each ticket to each individual’s profile from within your own MDE.

Yeah mine don't work either...

I had problems with MDE recognising my booking for tickets and on site hotel, I rang Disney and they sorted it for me. MDE is Ms and holiday booked under Miss

May call for some help.
